It has been suggested that one cannot sue the government unless that government permits you to do so. However I believe that with right amount of attention focused on how despicable, and utterly immoral it was for all Presidents of the United States up to John Quincy Adams and Abraham Lincoln to espouse their undying belief in the God Given right to freedom and justice for all men, yet they hypocritically enshrine in their constitution, language which effectively relegated Afrikan people to a status of 3/5 of a human being, and unrelentingly unleashed upon Afrikan people, some of the most animalistic, inhumane, sadistic, brutal violence ever visited upon a people. 

We must remind them, and all fair minded, freedom loving people that in the case of Americas citizens of Afrikan descent, .justice has not been served, and that it would be more accurate to say, that justice in America has been made a mockery of. I am of the mind that some of the most intelligent people in the world live here in these United States, and I cannot believe that smart, Intelligent, brilliant, honorable and noble God fearing, and God loving human beings could for so long, without empathy, oppose, and obstruct Justice, hinder fair play, and reciprocation, deny equal treatment to the descend of those Afrikans who gave their all to make this nation great. Where is your decency? where is your humbleness? Where is that Spirit of God that you so boldly proclaim from your the pulpit, sanctuary, satellite, and the radio? Have you not heard that you should let your light so shine that men shall know your good works?
